As part of our vision to revolutionise the coaching industry within South Africa at CoachMatching we are committed to giving back to the community at a very practical level.
This is a really exciting part of our business as it means providing specific coaching support to previously identified key individuals within the local community, at grass roots level who would both personally benefit and also would have a positive impact on their community.

In the spirit of building and contributing to a South Africa that works, we contract with our coaches to work with black and coloured leaders whose ethnic groups have been handicapped in the past. We do this at a minimal cost to the leaders whilst being coached.
