Ideal Coaching Assignment
Kirsten’s ideal coaching assignment is one which fits in with her coaching methodology. Kirsten’s coaching methodology is about understanding the client’s context. The methodology is based on the client quickly moving towards a self created solution that they own, working from the premise that the client has a choice in everything. These choices are made with the client reflecting and observing their own behaviours and world views, in order to develop awareness of self and others. In this heightened awareness the client can easily accept and implement support structures, understanding the importance of interpersonal relationships. Through self belief the client is able to move forward and to achieve what they want.

Kirsten’s coaching process is semi- structured and evolutionary. She selectively uses coaching tools, as appropriate. Kirsten’s ideal coaching assignment includes working with individuals, who are at middle to senior management levels in an organistion; self employed or in the process of transformation, and who want to grow and develop.
