Cecile is a certified coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and dedicates the majority of her time to Coaching and Management Training. She refers to herself as an “Energy Alchemist” and believes that her purpose in life is to empower and unleash possibilities and potential in all people, through positive energy.

She is results focused and loves a challenge, especially one that will allow tangible improvement in productivity, efficiency or profitability.

Cecile’s business skills are balanced by her participation in water-skiing and extreme sports and last but not least, husband Keith and cats Jinx and Jade help to keep her feet on the ground.
