COACHING_CAFE_23_2 Mary celebrates the uniqueness of each individual and organisation. She believes that as a coach she has the privilege of partnering her clients, individuals and organisations,  as they lead themselves to fully embrace their talents, values, motivations and purpose in pursuit of their vision and goals.

Her approach is based on the philosophies of mindful authenticity, skilled learning and solution focus. Her coaching raises the awareness and responsibility of her client within the safe and courageous container of a relationship based on mutual trust and respect.

Corporates is where Mary spent her working life as a consultant. The nature of her work involved her at board level, business unit level and project design and development level. Her extensive work with people in changing situations has given her insight into the challenges people and organisations face and has prepared her to coach individuals and teams who face leadership, capability, performance and relationship challenges. Mary believes in the strong link, in business and life, between results and emotional intelligence.
