I have always believed in people growing themselves and reaching their potential. Therefore, the idea that people can be different is intrinsic to my view as a human being, as understanding of behaviour. I have had the challenge of ‘life’ learning to deal with life’s wins as well as life’s disappointments.
I am an inventive, imaginative, playful and open-minded person who is hard to pigeonhole. I have a high degree of autonomy and integrity, deeply respectful of other people. I am committed to ongoing learning and have from time to time re-invented myself. I am always ready to address underlying assumptions and challenge them if necessary. I am strictly bound by the Code of Ethics as set forth by the International Coaching Federation and Comensa and work within clear, specific boundaries.

My strengths according to my clients are :
- An ‘amazing knack to get the best out of people’
- A gentle, nonjudgmental yet forthright manner which is curious and enquiring
- The ability to harness potential and focus on action
- The talent to read situations and handle them correctly
- The talent to simplify the complex
- Clarity of thought, confidence and approachability
- The understanding of a systems framework with the ability to identify and address patterns of behaviour
- My deep respect of others
- I am passionate about what I do and apparently have the ability to infect clients to believe in themselves and be willing and motivated to stretch themselves and their thinking
- I am an energetic and vibrant person, curious yet patient with a high degree of autonomy and integrity. I tend to see a glass half-full, so use situations to turn adversity into opportunities for growth
Through both personal experience and with my clients, having seen the power of the coaching relationship, I am dedicated and committed to every client I work with to create their own personal success story.

Ideal Coaching Assignment
|
|
My ideal assignment is to work with individuals who are committed to enhancing their levels of life – both in their careers, their functioning within an organisation as well as personally. I enjoy working with people who are excited, motivated and want to make some kind of change for themselves and the people around them, to be more effective and more fulfilled. I very much enjoy aspects of personal functioning such as self-confidence, challenging self-limiting beliefs, standing in one’s authority, challenging destructive patterns as well as working with diversity and transitions. Addressing a challenge and turning it into an opportunity rather than an obstacle is a particularly prized area for me.
I enjoy the challenge of harnessing the potential that people who are already in positions of influence have, because of the wider impact that they can have on the people around them. I appreciate working with all levels of leadership – from the young, inexperienced, enthusiastic new leader to the executive who is more complacent in his role and willing to be challenged. I relish working with dynamic improvement – be it in performance, intrapersonal awareness, EQ or interpersonal skills as well as career transitions. Interpersonal situations such as feedback, coping with conflict, managing stress and life balance are other ideal aspects for my work. |
