Creina is driven by her passion for coaching business leaders to achieve greater meaning, effectiveness and balance in their lives. Her clients, who operate at various levels of management and executive management, value her ability to facilitate their personal growth, performance improvement and professional development. She works within an integral framework and believes that coaching is process with the potential to transform individuals through increased self-awareness and insight. These not only enable an individual’s development, growth and increased effectiveness as a human being, but also as a member of an organisation.
Creina has found that her coaching enables fundamental behaviour change, more authentic choices that resonate with the individual’s values and beliefs, the ability of an individual to realize their unique potential and maximise their leadership impact. In her coaching she has supported the careers of many executives in leading South African companies in industries that include construction, engineering, IT, financial services, FMCGs, transport, media, government departments and NGO’s.

Creina has consulted in the areas of change management, performance management, management and leadership development and capacity building. She has occupied positions in organisations in both a marketing and a human resource and capacity. She has lectured in consumer behaviour at Wits, has supervised research and has been an internal and external examiner on various courses relating to the areas of marketing, management strategy and talent retention and development at Wits, UCT and the IMM.

  • Coaching, at various levels within organisations, specifically senior levels, as well as life coaching
  • Team and collective coaching within organisations
  • Process facilitation (including strategy design and culture change and operational and strategic alignment)
  • Development and implementation of corporate training programmes and university-based skills training courses
  • Development and implementation of marketing strategies and budgets in support of customer intimacy
  • Practice as a human resource practitioner within a retail environment
