Creina is driven by her passion for coaching business leaders to achieve greater meaning, effectiveness and balance in their lives. Her clients, who operate at various levels of management and executive management, value her ability to facilitate their personal growth, performance improvement and professional development. She works within an integral framework and believes that coaching is process with the potential to transform individuals through increased self-awareness and insight. These not only enable an individual’s development, growth and increased effectiveness as a human being, but also as a member of an organisation. Creina has found that her coaching enables fundamental behaviour change, more authentic choices that resonate with the individual’s values and beliefs, the ability of an individual to realize their unique potential and maximise their leadership impact. In her coaching she has supported the careers of many executives in leading South African companies in industries that include construction, engineering, IT, financial services, FMCGs, transport, media, government departments and NGO’s.
