I believe in the inherent and unique value, potential and purpose of every person. I work in a solution-focused way, helping you to discover what works and where you are strongest, and then to build on that. To me ‘the action lies in the interaction’. This makes things really practical and realistic within your specific context and keeps the focus and outcomes on the real-world benefits for you...
and your organisation.

I find a lot of enjoyment in working with individuals that are interested in building and honing their leadership and management skills in order to create engaging, high performance work environments for their people, and in the process discovering and expressing their authentic leadership style. I particularly love working with newly appointed high-potential leaders to support and accelerate their transition into leadership. Because of my analytical and technical abilities, I find it easy to work with leaders and people responsible for the more ‘technical’ side of the business, such as IT, Engineering, Research, Finances, Production, Technical Support and Quality Assurance. I am also really energised by working with teams and groups and have always been a natural facilitator.
