Daniela is the founder of the Centre of Corporate Wellness, and aspires to improve the health and wellness of individuals and organizations by providing them with experiences, knowledge and skills that enable lasting positive behaviour change.

Daniela’s experience in Corporate Wellness comes from 3 years of Wellness Management at New Clicks where she project managed a group-wide HIV strategy and wrote the business case for the Group’s Employee Wellness Programme which she launched in September 2007. In her function as Employee Wellness Manager, Daniela was responsible for ongoing stakeholder engagement, internal marketing/communication of the services, service provider management, wellness related training and education as well as policy development, health promotion & events, monitoring and reporting and measuring employee commitment.
This experience combined with more than 10 years of management consulting experience, in particular in the field of Change Management, forms her unique skills set.
Two years in a row Daniela won one of the prestigious “Investing in the Future” Awards by the Mail & Guardian & Southern Africa Trust: “Investing in Life” Award for the New Clicks HIV Workplace Programme (Oct. 07); “Company Partnership Award” for her industry initiative in the field of HIV Testing (Oct.08).
Daniela has published a number of articles in internal and external publications and has spoken on various occasions on the radio (Clicks internal radio, Cape Talk) about Employee Wellness related issues.
