Adriana is currently a Freelance Consulting Psychologist and owner of Assessment Centre Consulting. Her scope of practice is within the following areas:
- Psychological well-being assessments (self-efficacy, sense of coherence, optimism, emotional intelligence etc.) and counselling (Carkhuff Helping model)
- Management development using the Tavistock’s systems psychodynamic approach to coaching as well as facilitating life skills training anddevelopment courses
- Career Counselling and Planning
- Competency profiling and Assessments (including psychometric, 360 degree and Assessment Centre assessments) for selection and/or management development purposes
