Critical to our success is the unique assessment centre that each member of our team has undergone.  To the best of our knowledge, no other independent coaching organisation has a reliable method to assess the coaches skills and abilities against standards/competencies aligned to the International Coaching Federation (ICF) standards.  The centre is available for organisations chosing to build an internal coaching capability or simply re-assess those already working in the business.
