Our clients stay close to the process without having to be involved in the detail; yet the flow of information is communicated from bottom to top. Management has access to their own relevant, vital information and critical data when they need it. Overseeing a coaching intervention can be both time consuming and costly. It has been our experience that few organisations have the resources and internal experience to be able to fulfil this function. When managed effectively, coaching can positively impact an organisation’s bottom line. Many people know what to do, but few know how to do it. At CoachMatching we manage the entire coaching process to ensure consistency and quality. Though the content of individual sessions are confidential, the process itself needs to be managed to ensure that the clients and the coaches are following the appropriate process and leveraging best practices. We provide monthly or bi-monthly feedback reports to our clients and compile trend analysis as well as individual reports as needed. CoachMatching ensures that all coaches receive regular supervision and that an early warning system is in place if results are not being seen.
