| Blended Group coaching |
|
Blended Coaching is a mix of both one to one and group coaching. This approach is used where groups of individuals or in-tact teams are engaging in a coaching process. It allows for greater numbers to have access to a coach and is very effective at middle management levels. Benefits of blended coaching: The benefits of blended coaching are similar to group and on to one coaching. Blended coaching becomes an affordable solution for an organisation as a larger number of staff can experience it at any one time. Coaching skills begin to be developed within the group as individuals coach each other and observe an experienced coach. A support network is thus created. The mix of one to one with group coaching enables an organisation to maximize the benefits of one to one coaching and also address learning on a broader scale. |
